Conditions of Use
1. This website must be constructed as an advertisement and no part of it should be understood as creating any obligation from Origami Papers UK towards the users of it. After submitting your offer you will receive an automated response acknowledging your order, which in no case should be interpreted as an acceptance of your offer. The acceptance to your offer will consist of an email confirming the existence of the item(s) in stock and the delivery of it or them.
2. In case of Origami Papers UK not receiving your payment within 7 days of our confirmation of the item/s being in stock, your order will be cancelled.
3. Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days of receipt of payment. In case of the payment been made by personal cheque, it will be deemed received only after the funds are cleared. There will be times, however, when the volume of orders or stock availability will prevent us from achieving that goal and may take up to 28 days for delivery. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days we will contact you and ask for you agreement with the delay.
4. Shipping charges for all U.K. mainland orders will be £2.50 for orders up to £10, £3.00 for orders between £10.01 to £20.00, £3.50 for orders between £20.01 to £30.00, £4.00 for orders between £30.01 to £40.00 and £5.00 for orders above £40.01. If for any reason the cost for shipping would exceed this, then we will e-mail you before processing your order to await conformation. Shipping charges to any other destination will be advised after you place your order, so you will need to confirm it after receiving the final price.
5. The goods will be sent uninsured and through standard mail delivery. In case you want them to be sent via recorded delivery, please add 1 pound to the shipping charges. Origami Papers UK will not accept liability for goods missing after posted.
6. The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time the order is placed. We may have to take into account changes in taxes or duties, increases in suppliers prices or if a price published on our website is incorrect. We will, however, inform you before such an order is processed and give you the opportunity to either accept or reject the order.
7. The description and pictures of the papers are for illustrative purposes and, due to technological constrains, the picture you see on your screen may differ slightly from the paper you receive.
8. All information you supply (including e-mail addresses) will only be used for processing your order. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail or pass your information to third Parties.
9. In the event that goods are faulty or unwanted they may be returned unused and undamaged within 7 days, and the price paid for the papers will be refunded.
10. Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by Origami Papers UK. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
